Recently, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited those regions of Nagorno-Karabakh, which were transferred to Baku under the terms of peace agreements. As it turned out, during this trip he hit the sight of an Iranian sniper.

This is reported on Twitter.

At the Khudaferin bridge, where he posed for a long time in front of the cameras and talked about the “victories”, an Iranian military man took him and his wife at gunpoint.

Earlier, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated that any special status was unacceptable for Nagorno-Karabakh.

Let us remind you that on November 9, Aliyev, together with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, signed a statement on a complete ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh. According to the agreement, some areas of Karabakh should go under the control of Azerbaijan. Also, Russian peacekeepers are being brought into the region for 5 years.
